1. Click your profile picture on top left of the feed above “Latest”, this opens Business Details. Here you can upload and change both Profile picture and Logo if you scroll to the bottom of the page. You can also change any account details you wish.2. Press next to save the changed details.
1. Upon first downloading the app you are prompted to create either a “client’ or “coach” account, follow the steps on the app to do create the relevant one.2. See page… of the manual for more information.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails that we send and then by contacting us at info@onexp.co.uk. You will then be removed from the marketing email list.
1. Open the drop-down list in the top right-hand corner of the “Feed” screen.
2. Next, click on availability, here you can set availability by week or manually and set unavailable periods (e.g. lunch). Set this as a recurring unavailability to fit your schedule.
3. To set your available hours by week click "Set Week Availability" and add accordingly.
4. To add available hours manually on an individual day, click on the plus icon in the top right-hand corner, this will give you the ability to choose “available” or “available for session type” from the availability drop down and set the time for this period. You can also add unavailable hours this by choosing “unavailable” on the availability drop down.
5. Click save once finished.
1. Open the menu (top right drop box in the feed) select “Settings”.
2. Select “Diary Settings”
3. Select the time you wish your diary window to be show.

1. Open Calendar, the second icon from the left along the bottom.
2. Next, click the plus icon in the top right-hand corner, this allows you to make a pre-existing booking or new booking manually. You can change date, client, session type on this page.
3. Click save once finished.
How to add a new session available for clients to book. For example, "1 Hour Tennis Lesson"
1. Open the drop-down list in the top right-hand corner of the “Feed” screen. (The icon with three horizontal lines on top of each other)
2. Next, click on sessions (Second from the top)
3. Then click on the plus icon in the top right-hand corner, this allows you to set up a new session for clients to book.
4. Follow the instructions to set up, once finished press save.
How to buy a package as a Client.
1. Open the menu (top right drop box in the feed) select packages
2. Select the relevant coach
3. Chose the package you would like
4. Process the payment
5. The package will now show under you session balance, found in the menu
1. Open the menu (top right drop box in the feed) select “Packages”
2. Press the plus icon in the top right corner.
3. Create the package and press save.

2. Next, click on settings, then stripe connect account. This enables you view and create a stripe account, by following the link “Link Stripe Connect”.
1. Open the drop-down menu by clicking the top right-hand icon on the ‘Feed’ screen.
2. Next open settings, then accounting settings. Here you will be able to enter your accountant’s email. You will also be able to choose if an automatic monthly report email is sent at the end of each month to this email.
3. Press ‘Save’ once finished.

2. Next, click on settings, then payment methods. This enables you to add new cards to pay from.
1. Open the menu (top right drop box in the feed) select “Settings”.
2. Scroll down and select “Accountant Details”
3. Enter your account details, press the toggle if you wish your months accounts to automatically send each month (red is on, white is off) and press “Save”
4. Alternatively, open the menu and select “Accounting”.
5. Here you can send you accounts for a specific date range, via the two icons in the top right corner of the “Accounting” page.
1. Once the camera icon is clicked across the bottom of the app this automatically takes you to the camera function.
2. To record just press the red button at the bottom of the screen! To stop press it again.
3. You can then annotate and mark-up using the tools on the right-hand-side.
1. Click on the camera icon in the middle along the bottom of the screen, this opens the live camera.
2. Next, click on cancel, this then opens the media library.
3. You can then add a new folder by clicking on the plus icon beside your folders that are already created.
4. Type in your new album name then click create. You will now see your new folder appear below the existing ones.
1. Open the feed.
2. Join the live session with your coach via the notifications page, or via the message in the feed.
1. Open the media page (camera icon on the bottom bar).
2. Press the live button on the top right of the page.
3. Select the client you wish to start a live session with.

2. Press “cancel” in the top left corner to view all media files. Chose the relevant file.
3. Press the microphone icon in the top middle of the media analysis page
4. Save the media with the voice to note to where you choose.

2. Select 0.5x speed.
3. Press the red button at the bottom to record.

2. Press the plus in the top right corner.
3. Add all the members of the group.
4. Create a group name.
5. Then press the right facing arrow in the top right corner.
1. Open the tutorials section (icon second to the right on the bottom bar), alternatively view in the menu under “Tutorials”.
1. Open tutorials in the main menu
2. Press the plus in the top right corner, or if a tutorial has already been created, open the relevant one, scroll to the bottom, press share and chose the relevant client.
1. Open the menu (top right drop box in the feed) select orders
2. Here you can see all your orders, with all the relevant information
3. Contact your coach through the chat if you have an issue
1. Open the menu (top right drop box in the feed) select “Shop”.
2. Press “Orders” at the top.
3. View all your orders.

2. Press the plus icon in the top.
3. Create the product and press “Save”.
